As you are probably aware, when there may be only a handful of suitable individuals in the market-place you cannot rely on advertising or traditional recruiters. The chances of all or any all of these individuals either seeing your advertisement and being moved to action or having 'signed up' with one of the recruitment agencies you are using are remote - remember, many of the best candidates are not actively looking for a new employer but may be open minded to the right opportunity. You need someone to identify all potential candidates and discreetly and skillfully market your opportunity to them - in other words, you need a professional headhunter.
As soon as we have had the opportunity to fully understand your requirements, we will draw up a list of every potentially suitable individual, using our industry knowledge and contacts. They will then be approached, screened, listened to and the opportunity explained to them in terms of their own personal goals - without the name of your organization being revealed.
Where there seems to be a potential match, candidates will then be interviewed at length and, where possible, their references checked. If this process is successful s/he will then be presented to you for consideration. As we can only continue to work with the best candidates by guaranteeing their anonymity, we will not reveal the candidate's identity at this stage. Instead, we will describe their background, qualities and achievements in order to allow you to decide whether or not they are someone you want to interview. If you wish to see them, and only with your permission, we will then reveal your organization's identity and invite them to an interview on your behalf. Please note that we will only do this once we have good reason to believe that the candidate is strongly motivated to attend an interview with your organization.
Throughout the interviewing process we will maintain close contact with both you and the candidate to ensure that no misunderstandings occur and to act as an intermediary and adviser whenever necessary. In addition to helping with the negotiation of the offer, we will maintain contact with both you and your new employee once an offer has been accepted to help identify any problems as they settle in to their new post.
